Test Engineer (m/f/d)

Our expertise lies in automotive lighting systems, electrical/electronic (E/E) systems, testing, and the associated engineering services.
For our location in Mladá Boleslav, we are looking for a Test Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Test and validate electronic systems and vehicle functions in both vehicle and laboratory environments
- Conduct vehicle trials, laboratory tests, and functional validation activities
- Perform diagnostic and measurement tasks, including updating ECU (Electronic Control Unit) software
- Prepare, configure, and commission test and measurement systems
- Create and maintain test reports and technical documentation
- Identify, analyze, and validate defects and anomalies detected during testing activities
- Evaluate test results and document findings in the relevant systems
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed a degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification (e.g., certified engineering technician)
- Professional experience in the automotive industry, ideally in lighting development, combined with experience in the Škoda development environment
- Experience with measurement equipment and test execution, including testing in climate chambers
- Good knowledge of automotive tools such as Vector, ODIS, and CP-Tool
- Strong analytical thinking skills, an independent working style, and enthusiasm for technical challenges
- Fluent Czech language skills (written and spoken) and good English communication skills; German language skills are an advantage
