Project Manager Automotive Lighting (m/f/d)

Our expertise lies in automotive lighting systems, electrical/electronic (E/E) systems, testing, and the associated engineering services.
For our location in Mladá Boleslav, we are looking for a Project Manager in Automotive Lighting (m/f/d) to join our team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Independently manage and coordinate development projects in the field of automotive lighting, with a focus on exterior lighting systems
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor defined development processes, while providing technical leadership to interdisciplinary project teams
- Create and maintain project plans, status reports, and management decision documents
- Ensure compliance with project timing, cost, and quality targets throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Prepare, conduct, and present milestone reviews and project reviews
- Single point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal departments
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification (e.g., certified technician with extensive relevant professional experience)
- Several years of professional experience in the automotive industry, ideally in lighting development
- Proven experience in managing and steering complex development projects in an automotive environment
- Solid knowledge of plastics engineering, lighting technology, and electrical engineering
- Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong hands-on mentality combined with excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent Czech and English language skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are an advantage
